Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for Croydon on a 6-9 month fixed term contract within a growing accounting function.

You will post receipts and reconcile accounts, delivering high-quality customer service to clients and third parties while supporting the wider finance team.

Hybrid/flexible working after probation, extensive training provided, and a supportive office environment in a leading property management company.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting degree or strong accounting experience.
• Ability to handle receipts and reconciliations accurately.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile receipts in line with financial practices.
• Ensure operational targets and compliance requirements are met.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other finance teams to support local branches.
• Support system enhancements and testing with the IT team.
• Assist with process improvements and policy updates.
