Qualifications

• Experience leading purchase ledger teams within a group structure or multi-business environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day purchase ledger operations for the group.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Resolve escalated supplier queries and manage key accounts.
• Oversee reconciliations, aged creditors and month-end deadlines.
