Job summary

Polypipe is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in Doncaster, ensuring timely invoice processing, payments and expense reporting. The role combines hands-on supervision with coaching and technical support across Finance, Procurement and the wider business.

You will drive accuracy, financial controls and continuous improvement, resolving complex queries and guiding staff through procedures and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising an Accounts Payable team.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with ERP systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AP activities including invoices, payments and expense reports.
