Trial Balance Consulting Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for a Carbis Bay area role. The position involves taking responsibility for the AP function, supplier account creation, and supporting payments and VAT reporting within a small, experienced team.

Full-time, permanent role based at the company's HQ with on-site parking. Training will be provided; AAT or experience-based qualifications are considered.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in a fast-paced AP function.
• Able to work well in a small team.
• Experience with supplier queries and payments.
• Sage-based system training provided.

Responsabilités

• Own the accounts payable function.
• Create new supplier accounts and set payment terms.
• Provide first-line supplier query support.
• Process supplier payments.
• Assist in monthly management accounts preparation.
• Maintain daily updates to digital accounting systems.
• Perform VAT reports.
• Cover colleagues during annual leave.
