Job summary

Colby River is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage supplier invoices, approvals, and payments. You will work with MRI Qube, Coins and Yardi, ensuring accurate posting and supplier reconciliation.

The role emphasizes discretion with financial data, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. 37.5 hours per week on site in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable or finance admin
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with accounting software: Coins, MRI-Qube, Yardi
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match to PO and delivery notes
• Liaise with property managers for invoice approvals
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process bi-weekly BACS payment runs
• Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records
• Respond to supplier queries and manage inbox
• Support month-end closing activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes in AP
