Job summary

RG Consultancy is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team in Manchester. The role involves processing supplier invoices, managing accounts payable, reconciling statements and supporting payment approvals to ensure timely supplier payments.

You'll maintain accurate financial records, assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations, and contribute to efficient AP operations. Experience with Sage is desirable and prior AP exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Sage experience is desirable
• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role or similar

Responsibilities

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Managing payment approvals and scheduling supplier payments
