Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Code transactions correctly with appropriate approvals and documentation.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and ensure P2P controls.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries promptly.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs in line with terms.
• Maintain supplier records and payment details.
• Support month-end, year-end, and audit activities.
