CMA Recruitment Group are working with a well-established business in Basingstoke to recruit an Accounts Payable professional on a temporary basis. You will manage end-to-end supplier invoices with accuracy, assist with FX transactions and subcontractor payments, and help the finance team scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable or finance administration.
• Knowledge of FX transactions and handling foreign currency transactions is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Enthusiastic team player with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely payments
• Assisting with foreign exchange transactions and supporting the team with FX-related accounting requirements
• Supporting subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and company policies
• Maintaining accurate accounts records and resolving discrepancies or queries in a professional and proactive manner
• Contributing to the smooth operation of the finance team as it scales, with opportunities for involvement in wider finance processes and projects
