Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices against documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process supplier payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate outstanding items.
• Manage supplier queries and maintain positive working relationships.
• Keep purchase ledger records accurate and up to date.
• Support month-end accounts payable activities.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to resolve queries.
• Provide support with Accounts Receivable activities when required.
