Quantexa is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team in a fast-growing technology company. You will ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time, maintain strong relationships, and safeguard the integrity of our financial data.

This role offers exposure to multi-currency payments, ERP systems, and process improvements in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate across functions and support month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar transactional finance role.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, positive, collaborative team player with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy and proper coding.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs for multiple currencies and entities.
• Act as a primary contact for supplier queries and resolve issues.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist the AP team with month-end close procedures and accruals.
• Champion best practices by promoting the use of Procure-to-Pay systems across the business.
