Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable on a fixed-term contract in Wolverhampton. The role focuses on processing large volumes of invoices and supporting a high-quality finance service within a busy AP team.

The successful candidate will have AP experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to improving payment processes while collaborating with suppliers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Significant Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in high-volume processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process large volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and maintain controls.
• Resolve supplier queries via email, Teams and phone.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement and faster payment performance.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Handle incoming office post and distribute to AP.
