Talent Works is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant for a 3-month contract on-site in the UK. You will manage high-volume supplier invoices, verify and match against POs, and process payments while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Ideal candidates have end-to-end AP experience, solid Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving finance environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Accounts Payable or similar Finance role.
• Strong end-to-end AP understanding in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Excellent Excel and general IT skills; ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Manage the accounts payable inbox, processing supplier invoices accurately.
• Verify invoices, match them to purchase orders and enter promptly.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and resolve payment queries.
• Prepare and process supplier payments in line with terms and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice queries and ensure controls.
