The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in AP or a related finance role, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work efficiently with internal stakeholders and suppliers. This is a temporary opportunity in central London.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience within Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Experience using finance or ERP systems; exposure to NetSuite advantageous.
• Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and maintain documentation.
• Manage supplier and internal AP queries via email and telephone.
• Support payment runs, expense reimbursements and ad hoc payment requests.
• Assist with daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier records and up-to-date account information.
• Monitor the shared AP inbox and resolve queries promptly.
• Support Accounts Payable Manager with day-to-day administration and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of invoices and payments.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Assist with additional finance and administrative tasks as required.
