Accounts Payable Specialist - Permanent Opportunity | 28-30K DOE with Hybrid Working

Your new role

As the Account Payable Specialist you will;

• Managing invoice queries, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution.
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
• Reconciling accounts and debit balances to prevent payment delays.
• Investigating and resolving blocked invoices and exceptions daily.
• Matching supplier statements to the GRNI report.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting company-wide change projects.
• Providing high-quality customer service aligned with company values.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

• Previous experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable position
• Previous experience working in a large business environment with exposure to a high volume processing.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience using SAP
• Desirable Languages (French, Dutch, Italian) - this is not essential
