Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer in Norwich to support the finance team with supplier invoices, coding accuracy and proper authorisation. You’ll process invoices, reconcile statements, manage GRNI and PO reconciliations, assist with payment runs and maintain an organised invoice library, while upholding internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance support role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good understanding of financial systems and invoice processing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with GRNI and purchase order processes is a plus
