• Experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles.
• Proven experience as Accounts Payable Manager or Senior Accounts Payable Analyst.
• Focus on process improvement, automation and operational excellence.
• Strong communicator able to build relationships across finance, operations and suppliers.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices, approvals, payments and supplier reconciliations are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across AP systems, processes and controls.
• Leverage automation, technology and AI to improve efficiency, scalability and control; collaborate with stakeholders to implement best-practice procure-to-pay processes.
• Develop and monitor AP performance metrics, reporting and SLAs.
• Identify process improvements, control weaknesses and training opportunities.
• Maintain supplier records and AP system configurations, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Support month-end activities, audits and compliance requirements.
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, ensuring queries are resolved effectively.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices, approvals, payments and supplier reconciliations are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across AP systems, processes and controls.

• Support month‑end activities, audits and compliance requirements.
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, ensuring queries are resolved effectively and professionally.

About You:

• An experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong understanding of AP processes, financial controls and accounting principles.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or Senior Accounts Payable Analyst looking for the next step in their career.
• Passionate about process improvement, automation and delivering operational excellence.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships across finance, operational teams and external suppliers.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment.
