Camino Search is partnered with a client in Manchester seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join the team due to growth and restructuring.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Reconcile financial records with supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial systems.
• Perform regular reviews of assigned ledgers.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding financial items.
• Process payments and ensure accurate allocation.
• Distribute payment confirmations as needed.
• Maintain and update supplier banking information.
• Address and resolve credit balances.
• Support and oversee junior team members.
• Delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Manage shared finance mailboxes and direct inquiries accordingly.
• Participate in regular financial reviews and follow up on action items.
• Provide financial data to support planning and forecasting.
