A leading financial services organization in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee a team of 6. Responsibilities include managing payments, improving processes, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Accounts Payable, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in accounting software like SAP or Oracle. Purpose of the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a manager to join our Accounts Payable team supporting the Head of Accounts Payable. You will manage 6 Accounts Payable staff including their training and performance. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy for all payments within the agreed timeframes and in accordance with Everywhen regulations and policies.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is highly experienced in Accounts Payable, principles, processes and best practice, and has proven experience managing an Accounts Payable team. You will need to be proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics D365) and have intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills.
This is an opportunity for a leader focused on developing and motivating their team who can work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively across all mediums, with both internal and external stakeholders. You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to identify and resolve complex issues.
