Job summary

Igne Group Limited in Ross-on-Wye seeks an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join its growing Finance team. The role involves leading the day-to-day Accounts Payable and banking activities, developing a high-performing team and ensuring effective financial controls.

The successful candidate will oversee transitional finance activities and drive continuous improvement while producing KPI reports and supporting month-end close processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, credit control and banking.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing finance team members.
• Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable and banking team.
• Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and banking transactions.
• Produce KPI reporting and management information for finance leadership.
