Job summary

CMS Law is seeking an Accounts Payable and Expenses Administrator to join the finance operations team on a 12-month FTC. You will process supplier payments, manage expense transactions, and ensure accuracy and compliance with firm policies.

You will work with external auditors and stakeholders across HR and Tax to support expense policy adherence, drive timely processing, and maintain strong service orientation in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven and relevant experience within a similar position within a professional services environment.
• Desirable: Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise and an Expense system
• Desirable: Understanding of the legal industry and its operating model

Responsibilities

• Process payments to suppliers and reconcile payments.
• Send Remittance Advice notifications to suppliers.
• Process and reconcile direct debits and bank reconciliations with Cashiers.
• Administration of Expense System and mapping with Finance Systems Team.
