Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temp-to-perm basis to manage vendor invoices, approvals and timely payments. The role supports the Head of Accounts Payable and requires in-office work five days a week at first.

Candidates should have previous accounts payable experience, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to learn. A move to a hybrid pattern with one day per week from home is planned for 2027.

About The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temp to perm basis to ensure that the company’s financial obligations to vendors and suppliers are met efficiently and accurately. You will provide support to the Head of Accounts Payable Team,processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining proper records of transactions.

Role details

• Contract: Temp-to-perm
• Probation period: 3 months
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Working pattern: 8:30am – 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break (there is some flexibility around start and finish times for the right candidates)

About You

The key requirements for the roles are:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
