Tiger Trailers is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for accurate invoice processing, managing the AP inbox, and reconciling supplier statements on a daily basis.

The role requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring timely payments, and handling ad-hoc reports. The position offers an on-site work environment with 39 hours/week and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Match and process high volumes of invoices against purchase orders in the in-house system.
• Manage the accounts payable inbox and reconcile statements.
• Build relationships with suppliers and resolve invoice queries promptly.
• Conduct supplier payment runs and verify bank details.
• Perform monthly statement reconciliations.
• Create new supplier credit accounts as needed.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and general admin tasks.
• Cover the credit controller: chase payments and raise sales invoices.
