Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Warwick (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £26,000 + dependent on experience.
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, training opportunities, life assurance (after qualifying period)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process supplier and subcontractor invoices, including 3-way matching

Maintain supplier accounts, reconcile statements, and manage direct debits

Handle payment runs and respond to invoice or payment queries

Manage council tax billing and update payment schedules

Support audits and generate accounts payable reports

Requirements:

Previous experience in an accounts payable role

High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

Confident using Excel, Outlook and Word

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or housebuilding software (desirable)
