We’re currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance team. In this role, you will support the accounts payable team by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Our Finance team provides financial control, planning, and accounting across the business.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

• Processing a high volume of purchase invoices into SAP, ensuring accuracy and correct coding
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with weekly/monthly payment runs via BACS and ETRAN
• Maintaining and updating the accounts payable ledger
• Ensuring all invoices are authorized and posted appropriately
• Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal departments
• Supporting the finance team with administrative and reporting tasks

We are looking for:

• Experience in accounts payable or a finance assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Experience with ERP systems and processing large volumes of invoices
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
