Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Norwich is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 9-month fixed-term contract, with flexible, hybrid working.

You will handle invoice processing, VAT checks, supplier queries and ledger reconciliations, supporting a small, collaborative team in a supportive environment with good on-site parking.

Responsibilities

• Invoice and Expense processing
• Checking invoices for accuracy, VAT, and payment terms
• Obtaining valid internal authorisation for transactions
• Ensuring invoices are correctly coded in the general ledger
• Entering invoices into the computer system
• Foreign currency invoices
• Database Maintenance
• Preparing data for control account reconciliations
• Ensuring petty cash is appropriately controlled and in balance
• Ledger Analyses and Reports
• Query handling from suppliers.
