Lithia UK (Head Office, Annesley, Nottinghamshire) is seeking an Accounts Payable Accounts Assistant. Hybrid role with three days in Head Office and two days from home, salary £26,436.80 plus pension and benefits. Join a growing finance team supporting a nationwide retailer network.

You will assist with day-to-day accounts tasks, processing invoices, allocating payments, reconciliations, credit control, and daily payment postings, with opportunities for AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualifications.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required in accounts.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices and allocate payments.
• Deal with purchase enquiries.
• Balance reconciliations and credit control.
• Post daily payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Use Receipts tool to record incoming receipts and payments.
