Qualifications

• Au moins 1 an d'expérience prouvée en finance.
• Expérience en P2P/O2C, de préférence dans la mode ou le commerce de détail.
• Aptitudes solides en Excel et connaissance des systèmes ERP avantageuses.

Responsibilities

• Traitement des factures et gestion du livre des comptes à payer.
• Préparation des paiements hebdomadaires et assistance aux requêtes des fournisseurs.
• Assistance avec les tâches financières de fin de mois.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing invoices and maintaining the accounts payable ledger
• Preparing weekly payment runs and handling supplier queries
• Allocating payments, managing accounts receivable inbox, supporting customer onboarding
• Assisting with month-end finance tasks alongside senior team members
• Performing bank reconciliations and providing ad hoc finance support

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of proven finance experience
• Experience with P2P/O2C processes, preferably in fashion, FMCG, or retail
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite) advantageous
• Adaptable and organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-changing, evolving environment
• Proactive problem solver keen to improve processes
