Job summary

Advanced Innergy Ltd in Gloucester is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. You will handle purchase ledger invoices, expenses, matching, reconciliations, and supplier queries, supporting month-end processes.

The role offers up to £28,000 per annum DOE, a discretionary annual bonus up to 15% of the basic salary, and a benefits package including pension, life assurance, and an employee assistance programme. This is a full-time, on-site position in Gloucester.

The role:

AIS is looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Gloucester on a permanent basis.

What will you do as our Accounts Payable Assistant:

• Processing of purchase ledger invoices
• Processing employee expenses
• Matching invoices to orders
• Statement reconciliations
• Processing Company credit cards
• Job costing
• Processing supplier payments
• Handling queries and communications from suppliers
• Assisting with month-end procedures
