Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) is seeking a Finance Apprentice to support the Accounts Payable Team. You will process supplier invoices, learn VAT treatment and coding, and help ensure payments meet BPPC deadlines while undertaking a Level 3 Accounts/Finance Assistant Apprenticeship.

You will work within a team to complete administration duties, attend apprenticeship training, and participate in month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Assisting in processing high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Learn to match supplier invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Assist with processing urgent and ad-hoc payments under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records in the purchase ledger diary system.
• Attend apprenticeship training and complete coursework on time.
• Participate in month-end activities and other finance team tasks.
