Job summary

SharkNinja in Leeds is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a maternity cover. The role requires handling invoices in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

You will process invoices, match PO’s, and maintain accurate ledgers while supporting the team in a hybrid work setting. The successful candidate will have AP experience, solid Excel skills, and a proactive, organized approach to work within a global consumer products

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validate and process invoices, ensuring correct approval processes are followed.
• Match invoices to purchase orders.
• Record invoices onto Excel trackers.
• Process high volume of invoices and reconcile statements to ledgers.
• Weekly payment runs and allocations.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Support other team members when required.

AccountsPayable Analyst (Maternity Cover)

Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (LS15 8ZB)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand. You will have worked in a similar role andhave the ability towork within a fast paced,high volumeenvironment. This position requires self- motivation, organization, and the need to be cross functional with the business.
