Job summary

Lotus Cars is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Finance Department at Hethel. You will manage supplier invoices, VAT admin, data entry, and reconciling statements while interacting with internal teams to resolve disputes. The role requires on-site presence at Hethel, with a flexible policy and payroll via a supporting agency.

Must be eligible to work in the UK. Based at the Hethel plant, this position offers an on-site role at least three days per week within Lotus Cars’

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Confident working independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership of your work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Math's and English.

• Maintain accurate data in the finance system.
• Prepare supplier payment runs and post to the cash book.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback/training to relevant teams.
• Perform reconciliations and error checks on control accounts and intercompany balances.

Additional Information:

This role will be working from our Hethel plant within our flexible working policy, however the role would be required to be based on site in Hethel, at least 3 days per week.

Candidates must be eligible to work in UK without VISA sponsorship.

This role will be pay rolled by one of our supporting agencies.
