Job summary

Lotus Cars is seeking a General Operative in the Assembly Department at its Hethel plant. You will assemble and fit component parts using hand or power tools to meet quality standards and production targets, following documented processes and working within flexible patterns.

The role requires a team approach, willingness to learn new techniques, and careful handling of parts and equipment with minimal supervision. Weekly pay and agency-backed temporary tenure up to 6 months are offered.

Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK.Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija.To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a General Operative in the Assembly Department to join us in our manufacturing plantbased in Hethel.

Summary:

To assemble & fit component parts, to the required quality standard, using a variety of hand or power tools & related equipment.

What You'll Do:

• Meet daily quality & production targets, as set by the area Supervisor.
• Assemble quality finished engines and modules.
• Ensure documented processes are followed at all times.
• Work in a structured manner & complete tasks in the allocated time.
• Work within the flexibleworking patterns.

What You'll Bring:

Additional Information:

• This role will be working from our Hethel plantwithin our flexible working policy.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in UK without VISA sponsorship.
• Temporary on-going - up to 6 months - via one of our supporting agencies

• £12.71 per hour + overtime
