About Us
Our teams are transforming retail through cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT. We operate highly automated Customer Fulfilment Centres using the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), supporting our online grocery business.

About The Role
As a key member of the Accounts Payable team, you will manage daily AP operations, ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, resolve queries, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining compliance.

Accountabilities

  • Process high volumes of purchase order invoices and staff expenses accurately and promptly.
  • Manage invoice matching, resolve mismatches, and follow up on pending approvals.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
  • Support team initiatives and assist in processing payments and helpdesk support.

Payments Process

  • Handle weekly BACS, CHAPS, and foreign payments securely and accurately.
  • Enter manual payments and verify payment details.
  • Reconcile control accounts regularly.

Helpdesk Process

  • Respond to user support calls and emails within SLA, ensuring satisfaction.

About You

  • Experience in high-volume Accounts Payable processing, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and IT skills, with the ability to manage workload independently.
  • Team player with analytical and logical approach.
