We are seeking an Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team. This is a diverse and rewarding role supporting financial, administrative, health & safety, and operations functions. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy being at the heart of a busy team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with payroll, GST, and financial reporting
  • Managing office supplies, documents, and general administration
  • Supporting H&S administration: incident logs, inductions, and PPE tracking
  • Assisting the supply chain and quality teams with documentation and scheduling

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in accounts or office administration
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB) and MS Office.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with H&S or supply chain admin (advantageous)
