The successful candidate will hold ACA/ACCA or equivalent, have experience in accountancy practice, and drive improvements while mentoring junior staff. This permanent position offers a salary of £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in managing accounts within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and oversee financial reporting and tax compliance.
