Job summary

bk plus seeks an Accounts Manager to join our team based in Ashford. The role involves completing and reviewing accounts for SMEs, guiding the Accounts team, and supporting Partners with daily duties while managing client portfolios and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have ACCA/ACA qualification (or equivalent), a minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice, and familiarity with FRS102/FRS102A. Benefits include GP access, EAP, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• ACCA or ACA qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant position in practice.
• Experience with FRS102 & FRS102A.

Responsibilities

• Completion and review of accounts for small and medium sized companies.
• Reviewing the work of the Accounts team.
• Offering feedback and developing the team.
• Supporting the Partners with day to day duties.
• Managing a portfolio of clients.
• Attending meetings and taking ownership of clients.
• Working to deadlines to ensure client needs are met as well as internal budgets.
• Owning the quality of work produced.
