Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager for a SME based in Lymington, Hampshire. You will take charge of the finance function, overseeing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include processing AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll assistance, and producing regular reports. The role offers private healthcare, 25 days plus bank holidays, free parking, and a 35-hour working week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions including AP/AR.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations for accurate reporting.
• Manage and process employee expenses in line with policies.
• Assist in payroll processing and timely payments to staff.
• Generate regular financial reports (P&L, balance sheet).
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
