Job summary

DJH in Halesowen invites applicants for an Accounts & Audit Trainee apprenticeship. This Early Careers programme blends practical client work with fully funded AAT training, designed to develop your accounting foundation and professional mindset.

You'll join a supportive team, gain hands‑on experience preparing financial statements for diverse clients, and follow a structured development plan with shadowing, regular feedback and progression toward important professional milestones.

• Academic background with strong GCSEs and A Levels.

Your typical day will involve:

• Preparing year-end financial statements for a wide range of clients
• Cracking on with your personal development plan – shadowing, questioning, and learning to help you achieve your ambitions and be victorious in your AAT studies
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients and wowing them daily

• Have an excellent academic background, with 5 GCSEs at a minimum level 5 and above, with a level 6 or above in both Maths and English and on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent) Grade C or above
