TPF Recruitment is delighted to support a respected accountancy practice in Camberley seeking an Accounts & Audit Senior to join its team. The role balances statutory accounts preparation, audit work, and client interaction within a supportive firm.

The ideal candidate is ACA or ACCA nearly-qualified or newly qualified, with strong UK GAAP knowledge and experience supervising juniors. You will develop technical skills and progress toward portfolio management and leadership.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA nearly qualified or recently qualified
• Strong UK GAAP knowledge and auditing standards
• Experience preparing statutory accounts and working on audits
• Experience supervising or reviewing junior staff
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion
• Prepare statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio
• Prepare and review audit files and supporting documentation
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries
• Supervise and support trainees and junior team members
• Develop relationships with clients through regular contact
• Identify accounting and audit issues and ensure standards compliance
• Assist with preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Support portfolio administration and workflow management
• Develop skills to manage your own portfolio in the future
