Job summary

eps.group services in Maidenhead offers an accounts-led Semi Senior role combining accounts work with some audit exposure. The position is a permanent, hybrid role with salary £35,000–£45,000 and opportunities for progression.

You’ll manage a varied client portfolio with strong ownership and supportive seniors. They welcome newly qualified candidates for senior opportunities and provide study support to help you move into audit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years general practice experience in a similar role.
• AAT qualification or working toward ACCA/ACA.
• Strong grounding in year-end accounts and supporting documents.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn audit processes.
• Own car and full driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Prepare year-end accounts and related working papers for a mixed client base.
• Assist with audit work and learn audit processes at a suitable pace.
• Interact with clients and keep engagements progressing.
• Review junior staff work as you grow into the role.
