Job summary

eps.group services in Northampton is seeking an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to work across audit and year-end accounts, with structured study support to progress your ACA/ACCA qualifications. You will split time between field audits and office-based accounting tasks for a varied client base.

The role offers real development opportunities, a supportive team, and a clear path to stronger technical skills in both audits and accounts within a modern practice environment.

Qualifications

• Some audit exposure gained within a UK accountancy practice (essential).
• Practice experience across accounts as well as audit.
• Studying towards ACA or ACCA (or ready to start) — full study support is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work on audit assignments from planning through to completion, at client sites and in the office.
• Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Assist with corporation tax, personal tax and VAT where needed.
• Support seniors and managers on larger jobs and build your technical knowledge.
• Be a professional, approachable point of contact for clients.
• Manage your own workload to hit deadlines and budgets.
