Description: The Director is a key leader within our organisation, responsible for driving growth, enhancing profitability, and delivering exceptional value to clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and innovation, a proven ability to inspire teams, and the expertise to guide clients toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Align office goals with the overarching Xeinadin vision, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide thought leadership to reduce risk and drive innovation within the office and the wider organisation.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory standards.
- Perform final reviews of complex client files to guarantee value, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Actively promote Xeinadin's products and services, leveraging cross-office and referral opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive, values-driven environment.
- Provide clear leadership and direction, setting performance goals and holding teams accountable.
- Develop and maintain regular communication channels to ensure alignment with Xeinadin’s strategic objectives.
- Model and uphold the highest standards of professional behaviour, technical expertise, and ethical conduct.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with responsibility for generating up to £1M in revenue annually.
- Monitor billing targets and financial performance, taking proactive action to address underperformance.
- Drive efficiency and profitability through best practices, leveraging technology to optimize processes.
- Ensure effective financial management practices are implemented and adhered to within the office.
- Ensure the office complies with all relevant legal, ethical, and statutory regulations.
- Identify and address risks proactively, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Share best practices across the Hub and Group to enhance operational standards and reduce risks organisation-wide.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified ACA / ACCA with 5 years plus experience in managing a client portfolio of circa 100 clients TO £500k to £18m.
- Strong experience in client facing meetings.
- Significant experience in preparation of Statutory accounts under FRS 102, UK Corporation tax compliance, self-assessment, PAYE and VAT.
- Experience in company tax planning.
