Description: The Director is a key leader within our organisation, responsible for driving growth, enhancing profitability, and delivering exceptional value to clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and innovation, a proven ability to inspire teams, and the expertise to guide clients toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  2. Align office goals with the overarching Xeinadin vision, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  3. Provide thought leadership to reduce risk and drive innovation within the office and the wider organisation.
  4. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory standards.
  6. Perform final reviews of complex client files to guarantee value, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Actively promote Xeinadin's products and services, leveraging cross-office and referral opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  8. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive, values-driven environment.
  9. Provide clear leadership and direction, setting performance goals and holding teams accountable.
  10. Develop and maintain regular communication channels to ensure alignment with Xeinadin’s strategic objectives.
  11. Model and uphold the highest standards of professional behaviour, technical expertise, and ethical conduct.
  12. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with responsibility for generating up to £1M in revenue annually.
  13. Monitor billing targets and financial performance, taking proactive action to address underperformance.
  14. Drive efficiency and profitability through best practices, leveraging technology to optimize processes.
  15. Ensure effective financial management practices are implemented and adhered to within the office.
  16. Ensure the office complies with all relevant legal, ethical, and statutory regulations.
  17. Identify and address risks proactively, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  18. Share best practices across the Hub and Group to enhance operational standards and reduce risks organisation-wide.

Key Requirements:

  1. Qualified ACA / ACCA with 5 years plus experience in managing a client portfolio of circa 100 clients TO £500k to £18m.
  2. Strong experience in client facing meetings.
  3. Significant experience in preparation of Statutory accounts under FRS 102, UK Corporation tax compliance, self-assessment, PAYE and VAT.
  4. Experience in company tax planning.
