Job summary

Multitask Personnel Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Accounts/Finance assistant to support the Pre Con team within a growing construction company. You will handle payments, ledgers, and payroll tasks, with CIS and Sage 50 exposure, in a small team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sage50
• Experience with CIS
• Desire to develop your skills and learn new systems
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Experience with a construction environment (Not essential)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with onsite/operational personnel to ensure the smooth running of payments
• Assist with Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger
• Creating credit notes
• Payroll (using CIS)
• Working on Sage 50
