Qualifications

• Previous experience working in accounts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

• GCSE Maths at grade 6 or above.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment queries from internal teams and Members.
• Manage payments, direct debit instructions and refunds of insurance premiums.
• Make calls to Members to discuss late or missing payments.
• Process invoices and set up purchasing and claims payments.
• Handle and prepare banking all monies received in accordance with procedures.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
