Job summary

Eden Motor Group Reading Vauxhall is seeking an accurate and organised accounts assistant for our busy accounts department. You will process purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, supplier statements, raise bank payments and allocate receipts, supporting credit control and day-to-day enquiries.

Previous experience in an accounts department is essential and motor retail experience with Keyloop knowledge is preferred; full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

• Accurate and organised individual with an eye for detail.
• Experience in accounts department is essential.
• Motor retail experience and Keyloop knowledge preferred, full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices and credit notes.
• Check supplier statements and raise bank payments.
• Process and allocate daily receipts and assist with credit control.
• Filing, inter-company recharges and day-to-day enquiries.
