Job summary

Austin Rose in Bristol seeks an Accounts Assistant Manager with ACA/ACCA/AAT qualifications and public practice experience to lead high-value client relationships within our Landed Estates and Agriculture practice.

You will join a 24-person Accounts and Trust team, handling corporate clients, partnerships, trusts and landed estates alongside directors and partners on statutory accounts and advisory projects.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified with public practice background.
• Experience leading client relationships and advisory projects.
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounts and trusts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied client portfolio including landed estates and agriculture.
• Prepare and review complex statutory year-end financial statements.
• Take ownership of advisory projects under partner guidance.
• Assist in portfolio workflow, billing and fee allocations.
• Coach junior team members on bookkeeping and accounts work.
• Advise clients on cloud accounting software setup and maintenance.
