Sharp Consultancy, a Yorkshire and Derbyshire area finance recruitment specialist, is seeking a proactive finance assistant in Leeds to provide transactional support within a small finance team. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of invoices and reconciliations.

The role requires good Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with Sage 50 accounts desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Clear and effective communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain credit control and chase outstanding invoices.
• Raise sales ledger invoices and code supplier invoices.
• Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations; monitor transactions.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth processes.
• Input expenses for payroll and payroll journals; intercompany data.
• Assist Finance Director with ad-hoc finance duties.
