Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process outstanding purchase invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate aged balances
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Review and clear historic accounting entries and outstanding queries
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the finance team
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues
• Assist with general accounting administration and ad hoc tasks
