Class One Traffic Management, part of Ramudden Global UK, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance Team in Bonnybridge. You will manage high volumes of sales and purchase ledger invoices and support month-end processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong organisation, and proactive communication with stakeholders. Experience with NetSuite and Excel is highly valued, and full training is provided to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite and MS Office.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of Sales & Purchase ledger invoices daily.
• Supporting month-end processes (where required).
• Managing credit control activities to support cash flow.
• Delivering a high level of customer service in all interactions.
