Candidates will typically have 2–3 years’ experience in UK practice and ideally hold AAT Level 4, with routine work in accounts prep, VAT, and bookkeeping, plus experience with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Professional communication when working with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts for a range of clients (limited companies, partnerships, sole traders).
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and VAT returns.
• Support management accounts and financial information preparation.
